Karla's 20 years of experience in dental practice management, banking and customer service have provided her with a unique background to train and coach dental teams to achieve their professional goals. She is an expert in internal marketing, management skills and one-on-one personal development.
She is a member of the Academy of Practice Management Consultants. Karla recently designed and implemented the highly acclaimed "Office Manager Leadership" series used exclusively with Amy Kirsch & Associates dental teams.
She also facilitates and is the lead trainer for the Staff Skill Building Programs for new staff members.
